A very lovely tranquil place. The stidio was large and very comfortable. Sandra made sure she was there to greet us and gave us recommendations for where to eat, etc. Thanks very much Sandra for a wonderful stay.

Utterly brilliant place to stay. Beautiful little gem tucked peacefully into farmland and bush. Lovely amenities which were spotless. Everything we needed and a friendly, responsive host to boot! Thankyou so much.

We stayed a night in Jill’s cottage to break up a long drive, and it was the perfect spot. We stocked up on dinner ingredients at the supermarket in Te Kuiti, and a short drive later we were settling in to the cottage. It’s peaceful, private, very comfortable and so thoughtfully furnished that it was a pleasure to cook and relax in. The next morning we had an awesome breakfast with Jill’s provisions and a lovely time on the property before getting back in the car to finish the drive. We loved the giant pig, the cute calves, the beautiful gardens and the walk to the waterfall. This will be our go-to now for the best mid-way down the island stopover!

Lovely place to stay, very friendly hosts & made everything a breeze. Including putting the lights on for me so I knew where I was going as I arrived in the dark. Much appreciated, would definitely stay there again!
