They are well thought out apartments for those who want to tour, with connectivity to the main areas and attractions without being in the center of anything. Close, but quiet. They're also a good place for short or intermediate stays on a bigger trip

The apartment is a great location , close to everything , comfortable , clean , very nice and beautiful view of the city . If I go back to Valdivia , I would definitely go back to this apartment.

This place has a perfect location. Very convenient. Javier is nice host. In the room you will find refrigerator, microwave, electrical kettle, coffee, tea. This room is light and warm ( middle of March). The bed was cozy.

The apartment is new, spacious and clean and well located. As an opportunity for improvement I would put a center table in the living room (it is necessary) and at times we heard a small noise in the nights that in the long run bothered to be in the living room or in the kitchen, a noise almost imperceptible and we thought it was from outside the apartment but then by unplugging the refrigerator we realized that it was so that since we did not handle many things in the cold we would unplug it

Beautiful apartment, same as the photos posted, super well located, everything was within walking distance, with many cafes around, the coastal area nearby, we even went walking to the botanical garden and the Saval park on Isla Teja. Luis is a super host, always attentive to our inquiries, we really felt at home, totally recommended, we will definitely return

Excellent apartment, very comfortable and clean, we felt that there was care in the details, which make a difference when one is traveling, there was availability of basic items that made us feel at home from the first moment. It was an excellent stay, the host Miriam was very attentive and was available to heal the doubts. Location in quiet and peaceful neighborhood, condominium with amenities that facilitate the stay with children. Wide availability of linens and towels. Heating and hot water for easy to use intuitive. With total certainty we would come back to stay there.
