Nice apartment in a safe and conveniently located condominium

We have prepared the apartment with great affection, considering suggestions from more than 100 guests we have welcomed from January 2024 to date. We are located in the Jardín Urbano II condominium, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living/dining room, a kitchen, a washing machine, and a large balcony. The service includes bedding, sheets and many more amenities, such as wifi, 42-inch smart TV, and parking visible from the balcony. We have a powerful electric heater. It has a room with a double bed, another room with a nest bed, living room with futon (armchair bed), 2 bathrooms and equipped kitchenette. In addition, it features a washing/dryer, swimming pool, gym and green areas. Family place, excellent to visit and get to know Valdivia.
