The building has stairs and no lift. We can offer cost-effective solutions for special occasions, marriage proposals and birthday celebrations, subject to an additional charge. Note: Male guest groups are not accepted.

Our house is a single-story 1+1 with a private entrance. Air conditioning, smart TV, washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, Turkish coffee machine, toaster, Nescafe machine, pots and pans, etc. are available. 300 meters to the sea, pool and the pool. It is 50 meters from corporate stores such as Bim, Migros, A101, Tedi. Bus, minibus and taxi stops are right in front of the house. Our favorite season has arrived. It's time to listen to records while sipping your drink by the fireplace. If you have a favorite record, you can bring it with you. We have a few options. If you like photography, you can take great photos from the house. With our newly added cinema system, you can watch the movies you choose from Netflix in any room you want. In your bed or by the fireplace, if you like. We have a barbecue in the garden, there is nothing like chatting by the barbecue. Our village is quiet, calm, peaceful. We are waiting for you.

Comfortable villa by the sea surrounded by greenery

It is a twin villa. You can barbecue in the garden and have a pleasant time by the fireplace. Internet and Netflix are available. You can take long walks along the sea 60 meters away. The kitchen of our villa is equipped with modern white appliances and has all the necessary tools for cooking. The pool is a shared pool of two twin villas and is available during the summer season. The sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach are only placed in the summer by the decision of the site. Walking around the house with shoes and smoking are not allowed.

Deveci Mansion

Deveci Konağı is a spacious and comfortable three-storey villa located approximately a 4-minute walk from the sea. With a capacity of 10 guests, it is particularly suitable for large families and groups of friends. Our house has 5 rooms, 4 air-conditioning units, and a kitchen and bathroom on each floor. Heating is provided by a boiler. There are 2 barbecues for guest use on the veranda with a glass balcony, a seating area in the garden, a terrace on the 3rd floor, and a cot for families with children.
