Monthly Rentals in Tel Aviv District

Excellent place! You can tell extra effort was put into planning this place by whoever designed it. The building seems very new. The apartment was super comfortable and had everything down to the last detail that you might need. It has a wonderful large balcony and was in a perfect location to explore Florentin and all of south Tel Aviv. The proximity to Park Hamesila was great too. Super quiet and clean and the management responded to every question within minutes. I highly recommend!

Really good place, just like in clean nice tidy pictures, located on Levinsky market and a short walk from a lot of places overall really good and also really clear instructions, the place is a bit small but you can see it in the pictures so just take into account

I have stayed in many different airbnbs in Tel Aviv. Renting Phil's place was by far my best experience. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and the most incredible view of both the city and the sea. The best part of it though, was Ivo. He was the contact at the apartment. Super friendly and helpful. Ivo helped to make my stay absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this place and I will stay there again.

Eliran and the team were so kind and helpful throughout the stay. My flight had gotten in at 5 am and I was able to check in early which was a huge help. The apartment felt clean and safe. Highly recommend.
