Cottage holiday rentals in Temecula

We have stayed in this community many MANY times. I will say this.... You can't beat the location! The views and accessability to the beach, pool, parking was phenomenal! The beach toys and extra fans were great! The artwork in the unit was awesome and the owners brought a new table for the patio that was really nice! On the other hand.... this not the most updated condo, not the best equipt kitchen, and not the comfiest beds we have ever had in this community. For the extra money we would likely choose another unit next time.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was beautiful and very comfortable, surrounded by nature. The area was peaceful and perfect! You could even hear the beautiful birds during the day and the amazing frogs and crickets at night! Such amazing atmosphere! The host was super nice and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature!

The location was beautiful! The kids had fun visiting and feeding the farm animals. The glass (chickens) were very kind and provided us with delicious eggs. The host cared about our comfort and went out of their way to respond to our questions and needs. Being able to enjoy fresh citrus every day was a great plus!

Great house with all the necessities for a family of 4 with 2 young kids. North coast village was convenient and centrally located for our trips to San Diego, LEGOLAND, Temecula and Zoo safari park. We loved being close to the beach and appreciated the beach gear and towels that were provided.

This house was adorable, clean and in a great location. If it’s going to be hot while you stay, the house does get very warm in the late afternoon and takes a while to cool back down when the sun goes down. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. There were plenty of beach towels and extra towels. We had a great experience and would stay again given the opportunity.

Beautiful views. Peaceful environment. My kids LOVED getting to feed and visit the chickens daily. And my pup found some great napping spots in the sun. Great experience. Hope to visit again someday ☀️

It is difficult for me to capture exactly how ideal the Casita was for me, my husband, and our doggo on a recent trip for my beloved father's celebration of life. We had the grounds with the wild inhabitants (birds, coyote, butterflies) and the fruit trees to remind us the abundance of life, and the stars & moon with their timeless beauty to make us feel small & connected to the larger universe. Amy & Frank were welcoming, encouraged us to feel at home and were available whenever we had questions or needed anything. Their suggestions for restaurants & markets in quaint Fallbrook were spot on, but we also made good use of the fully equipped kitchen in the Casita. The peaceful, rural environment was welcome after driving around ScCal and visiting with family and friends. Walking the trails at sunset and smelling the eucalyptus was good medicine for me during an emotional time. If you believe places can hold us and keep us centered, I can tell you this one did for me.

Deanna was such an amazing host and her property was so stunning and comfortable. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience/ stay with Deanna. Not only was her communication amazing but the property was in the perfect location and comfortable in an unparalleled way I haven’t experienced before with an Airbnb stay. I will absolutely be staying here again, already planning my next visit. Thank you SO much for everything Deanna!

Check-in and stay were easy and we appreciated the designated parking space for our quick 2-night stay with our pup. This is out of the host’s control, but we did have some noises that kept us up a bit at night with the heating unit and potentially some critter walking around on roof. Those things are likely solvable with white noise machine.

Place was great. Loved the oranges.

I took my daughter for a Mother/Daughter Easter get away. This was a last minute decision. We wanted a cute cottage in the middle of nowhere to decompress from our busy work and school life. Hummingbird Lodge was perfect! It was more secluded than we expected and more beautiful. We loved it!

Having stayed at both the upper and lower unit of this residence, I can say that both are pristine. The property is private with a hot tub, a gazebo, a BBQ, and a great are for views on the beach. Both times the property was in great condition and very well maintained. Ray was very helpful with check in, and even offered adjustments that made the stay more remarkable. If you’re looking to stay at a location that you can spend all day at, or be within walking distance to downtown Oceanside, this is the place for you. You won’t regret it!

This was our 2nd time staying at the cottage! Debi was extremely flexible with our check in/out times which was very much appreciated! My wife fell in love with the chicken noises on the 1st visit, which resulted in getting chickens of our own.. Cali (the dog) is as sweet as ever.. The other 2 dogs were a little more "protective" of their turf. Grounds are as peaceful as ever.. Just a wonderful little getaway location, if you love nature, animals and a rural setting. A big thanks to David & Veronika for letting us stay at their beautiful place! My gf and I were there for my 50th bday. We wanted to visit Temecula, wine taste, horseback and visit all the great eateries, including the casino. It was our 1st time visiting Temecula. Well let me tell you! Not only was it a beautiful cozy private place, but the views were amazing, including the hot air balloons in the am. David & Veronikas place is very very near great wineries and old town, not to mention the casino. We will be back. Would also like to mention we loved listening to the owls, and nature late night. Bob’s place is absolutely perfect for our family of 4! We had the best access to the beach, he had all the amenities for a fun beach trip, and the place was the perfect size. All of the accommodations fit all of our needs. So clean and cozy, we will definitely be back if Bob will have us! It’s a must stay.

We could not have had a better experience. The cottage is so charming and had everything we needed. It is right near the beach and an easy walk into Carlsbad Village. Cannot wait to stay there again!

Our stay at the cottage was so peaceful! It was only 15 minutes to our wine tasting tour in Temecula. It was nice to feel like we were in a “home” instead of a hotel. It was tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Everything was so smooth from the moment of reservation and communication to the time we left. Would definitely come back!

Perfect place for a couple for a weekend in nature! Booked Jaime's cottage for a wedding at the venue down the road and it was the ideal location. Looks just like the photos. Morning coffee on the back patio listening to the birds was a great break from city life!
