A peaceful and quiet retreat in a very beautiful surrounding. The apartment has everything you need on a daily basis. We rented it for 5 month and had a really good time throughout the summer. Lovely cities nearby such as Passau, Walkirchen and other little towns. Walking into the Czech Republik takes 30 minutes and driving towards Austria it takes only 20 minutes. Overall, we can highly recommend this location and apartment if you like the remote feel and nature. Very special thanks to Olga who was an excellent host.

The apartment was just as described and there was even a small Nespresso coffee machine. Everything was super clean and what we particularly liked: the complete equipment as well as the apartment itself were of very high quality. The landlord really put money in his hands and didn't just put old unnecessary things in there that he didn't need otherwise. The kitchen had everything you could need, the bathroom with the great shower and the washing machine also left nothing to be desired. By car to downtown 8 min. All shopping and dining options in the center across the street. The apartment is at the back out on the top floor, where you could sit nicely on the sunny balcony. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice place in the Czech countryside. Was a little difficult to find, as we come in the pitch of dark and the guide for finding it was difficult without visible landmarks. Once we found it, it was a lovely place. Very remote, but it's not a problem if you have a car. We used it as our base for visiting several places in Bohemia everyday and it was nice to get back to Pavlas cozy place every evening. Everything was clean and spotless and perfect for a family of 4.
