A double futon is in the open concept kitchen that overlooks the indoor PRIVATE pool and hot tub. The pool is exclusive to guests using the suite. Tenants who live above do not have access to the suite, yard or pool. Enjoy the large yard with a deck, patio furniture and a BBQ.

No events/parties or non-registered guests allowed. Parking available. A single bed can be set up in the living room upon request.
