The place is perfect! Our Host was extremely attentive, helpful, let us check earlier, we were taken care of wonderful. The apartment is super spacious, there are two rooms where two people sleep in each and in the living room there is a sofa that opens up and someone else could sleep there. The kitchen is equipped, there are towels, sheets, you see that the place is renovated or new, it is cold in the city but if you close the windows do not pass the cold. And there are bedspreads too. The water is warm well in the shower. The kitchen works, the fridge is large. There is a batea. Television in every room… really the price is a bargain for everything it offers. And it'S SUPER close to Simon Bolivar Park. Highly recommended.

I was in Patricia's home for a couple of months, and I really felt like being at home. With all the comforts and everything functional, the building is very quiet, the security is very good and around you can find everything you need to shop of all kinds. Patricia's perfect cleanliness and attention, she answers you instantly at all times. I certainly recommend her place for all the time.

Great apartment. Brand new place but with lots of character... This place is the result of the renovation of a colonial style house in the historical center of Bogota. Very spacious and peaceful. Loved the layout and the place is spotless with lots of natural light...It has its own security and service personnel at all times. Everyone was helpful and respectful. Upon exiting the house you find yourself in the middle of the history of Colombia.. lots to do around... Like museums, churches, Restaurants, cafes... Etc... Usually when I travel to Bogota I did choose to stay in the "North" side of the city and there is boring as it is the new side of the city without any character or history... The place to be in Bogota is in "La Candelaria" and definitely at "Casa Rosada0 I highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home surrounded by nature, with spectacular views. The house is very nice and cozy, and the weather is wonderful. There are spacious green areas and it is close to the Village. Everything was great, Mr. Henry and Mrs. Alejandra were very friendly and helpful.

A very nice place for the family. Everything is located as described, it is very neat, there is everything one may need. Mrs. Ana and her husband's attention is too good. The weather is very good. It's beautifully fruity🍈🍇. We really liked the stay there. Only recommendation, at the time of arrival it is not very well identified which is the place, otherwise everything is ok.

I stayed one month in this apartment and cannot recommend it enough. It really feels like home, you have everything you need, a great view over the city, a host you can always reach and super friendly doormen at the building in a central location of Bogotá. I would stay here again for sure!

The apartment is excellent for longer stays, with a washer-dryer and fully equipped kitchen. Centrally located, within walking distance to grocery stores and many of Bogotá's universities, malls, libraries, and parks. The neighborhood feels safe and the complex has 24-hour security. Overall recommended, a positive experience.

A familiar place, the apartment is very nice and functional, the rooms are spacious as are the bathrooms, the balcony is super large and you can rest without any problem, the ceiling fans work very well for the theme of the heat, the internet works well and in each room there are smart tvs to connect apps. The amenities of the set are in good condition, the pool is excellent, the Jacuzzi is spacious and very clean. In the place you can ask for addresses if you don't want to leave the apt, however there is a restaurant also in the ensemble. I highly recommend this apartment if you want to rest and get away from the noise. Thank you very much for everything Andrea.

Excellent location. The apartment is as shown in the photographs, Claudia is always ready to help, she is very kind. The sector is safe and close to shopping mall, national museum and transportation service. All very well, recommended.
