All rooms are tiled, the blinds are electric. One window in each room has an insect repellent. Walk to the train station about 5, to the city about 10, to the cathedral about 20 minutes. Since the apartment is in a cul-de-sac, it is very quiet despite its central location. Please follow the house rules. Not suitable for infants.

Our "Elderstadt" is located on a quiet cul-de-sac on the border of a protected landscape area, but only a short distance from the centre of Voerder. We have furnished the small apartment with about 34 sqm in the annex of our house, where in the past the local head teacher had stable and hay floor for his own supply. On the ground floor you will find a modern kitchen and living room and in the former hayloft is the living room and bedroom with lots of windows and open roof space.
