This spacious Victorian cottage is a great base to explore the coast , walk, birdwatch or paddleboard. Situated in the traditional fishing village of Tollesbury the cottage has a lovely dining area, fully stocked kitchen, two large bedrooms and garden. We’re a 5 minute walk from the water and access to miles of coastal seawall walks and nature reserves looking over the river Blackwater. Tollesbury is a popular place in summer with a saltwater swimming lido and many water based activities.

Our lodges are fully insulated. Have double glazing. Central heating. Perfect for all year round. Both lodges sleep upto 6 guests. They are well equipped with en-suite. television. Sofa and full kitchen inside. We are surrounded by lovely countryside. But also only a 10 minute walk into Long Melford. Which has lots of pubs and restaurants. The lodges are our own design. You will not find anything like them in the country. Totally unique. You can fish the lake. 2 wells behaved dogs max.

Bramble Cottage is a semi-detached brick house with two bedrooms situated next to a glamping site with a café and small shop but has it's own driveway, enclosed garden and patio with a wood burning hot tub and gas BBQ. There is a cosy sitting room with large TV, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and cloakroom with washer/dryer. It overlooks woodland and water in a beautiful area of Suffolk where there are great walks and cycle rides as well as a pub in walking distance.
