Welcome, I have just over 20 acres of land, mostly wooded. This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand. Ha. It’s beautiful here, and your comfort is top priority. Whether traveling for business or leisure, this location will provide you with a convenient base from which to explore all that East TN has to offer!

Little River Cabin in the Woods

Upon your arrival to this secluded setting, you will find a charming modern log house. No detail has been overlooked in the decor and furnishings to make you feel at home. On the main floor is a generous living area which includes a contemporary kitchen with many amenities, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a laundry room, if needed. Up the staircase is the loft with a king size bed, a twin XL daybed and a sleeper sofa. Please note: this property is unsuitable for infants or children.

The cottage at Acqua Dolce is an adorable studio located just behind our 1827 home in the historic district of Sweetwater. Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .

We are located less than 3 miles from Pucketts and the famous Leiper's Fork Village. This home is close to everything including the Knoxville airport, the Smoky Mountains, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Piney River Farmhouse

Welcome to our guest house, located on the Piney River in Dickson County. This private, gated home is located only a few miles off of I-40, 10 minutes from downtown Dickson, and 45 minutes from downtown Nashville. This private space is above the garage and features 650 sq ft of livable space, an office area with wifi, as well as a refrigerator, Keurig, microwave, toaster, and a TV with plenty of cable channels (plus a fire stick for streaming).
