The tourist tax is to be paid on site and is an extra cost of €2.80 per day for both adults and children over 14 years of age (free after the seventh day).

The penthouse villa with 5 rooms (150 m²), private garden and private pool was recently renovated and furnished by an italian interior designer. The property is located on the hillside in the exclusive neighborhood "Localitá Piazze". Two private parking spaces are available in front of the house.
