Dear guests, we are Massimo and Roberta, we recently bought this farmhouse dating back to the 1800s, surrounded by chestnut trees, near the village of Pruno. If you want to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you, you will find silence and tranquility. You will arrive by car in this peaceful oasis, welcomed by the large terrace where you will enjoy the sun all day, and end up admiring the sunset. Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.

Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

Fully renovated and furnished 60 sqm apartment at the end of May 2018 in marine style. It consists of an open space living area, double bedroom and bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom with shower with chromotherapy, second bathroom, large balcony and private garage. The house is a rustic stone and wood house in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with gas stove, wi-fi, sofa bed and for heating for the winter season it has a wood stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with full bathroom with shower, a wooden loft with a single bed.

Primo Piano Salendo al primo piano troverete la camera da letto principale, spaziosa e accogliente, dotata di un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello. Una soluzione perfetta per coppie con bambini o gruppi di amici. Secondo Piano Al secondo piano si trova il bagno, moderno e ben rifinito, dotato di doccia, lavabo, wc e bidet.

Terrinca is a hamlet of the municipality of Stazzema in the Haute-Versilia region. It is located on the slopes of Monte Corchia, west of Pania della Croce at an altitude of 517 m above sea level.

Our Casina, a beautiful farmhouse made of recently renovated stone and wood, is located in the middle of the chestnut trees, in an alpine part of the country of Retignano. It has two bedrooms with bathroom, a kitchen for common use and equipped garden. It is in the immediate vicinity of our farm and a hiking network that you can access to reach the peaks of the Apuana Alps and some villages of Alta Versilia.

The panoramic view opens onto the sea, Versilia and the islands of the Tuscan archipelago. The furniture is refined, particular and cared for in every detail. The house can accommodate up to 3 people.
