The cottage is an outbuilding of the house. Rehabilitated in Sept 2019, you can enjoy the garden, swimming pool (subject to authorization and deposit) and a view of madness. From the peaks of the Ardèche to the foothills of the Vercors... All facing south!!!! The cottage is online on several rental platforms and classifieds sites, the calendar is always up to date. Caution: No WIFI, but 5G is present!! June 2025: A bioclimatic pergola has just arrived!! NO PARTIES!

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. The apartment is attached to our house, and we have 2 dogs, chickens to go and take your eggs!🐶🐓🐔 to be specified for the keys: the glass window has no lock! attached petanque court.. that's it, you know EVERYTHING!😍 good warmth with the wood burning stove🔥 of course in summer you can enjoy the swimming pool (10X4 above ground) of trampoline, barbecue...and fare niente!

Quiet area with enclosed private parking. Completely refurbished apartment, 1st floor (attached to our house) 65 m2: 2 bedrooms, beautiful light main room with garden view, pool access in summer.... at least 10am 11:30am 2:30pm 6:30pm!.... Heating included, please respect the 19-degree maximum and turn off the radiators (do not COVER them with linen) if you take advantage of opening the windows for a long time!…
