Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Tertenia

The house is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The location is totally quiet and beautiful. You can drive to Cagliari in 30 minutes and shop, eat well and visit museums. Daniel is a fantastic host and we felt comfortable from minute one. The house is equipped with everything you might might need. The beds are great and the pool is a dream. You should use a car that can handle a somewhat rocky road. Thanks to Daniel and Pierpaolo and see you soon.

I've stayed here three times, and I keep discovering new things to do and see each time. And today, the incredible garden of cactus started to bloom!!! I hadn't ever seen this type of cactus blooming in the desert East of LA...I'd no idea that it could flower!? Thank you so much for making this place open to tourists! It is a one-of-a-kind experience!

We carried out a lot of research before settling on Casa Delle Sirene. What a find! It was exactly as described and pictured, beautiful inside and out with its own private parking space. It had lovely private gardens with lovely flora and fauna. Inside was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped throughout . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows (which we are very particular about) were the best we’ve ever had whilst away from home, making for very good nights sleep. The kitchen served its purpose perfectly and the showers were great. There was always plenty of hot water. We had a couple of issues where we needed to contact our host. The electric tripped after a thunderstorm which our host sorted very quickly, and we also had a WiFi outage but again the host sorted swiftly. The apartment is only a 50m walk away to a beautiful sandy beach and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Perfect location, and accommodation and is highly recommended.

We had a really nice stay in Ivos house, the nature around is amazing and the sea not far. Ivo always answered really fast, we just were unlucky with the weather.

The house was extremely clean, refreshing and there were treats, food and drinks ready for us. We are thrilled! 😍 This house lacked nothing. Everything was thought out. Restaurants, shopping and beaches are in the immediate vicinity. Elisabetta is very warm, loving and helpful. Much more than a super host! ❤️🫶 We enjoyed the time in Sardinia very much. We thank her with all our heart and wish her and her family all the best and look forward to a next time 🥰

Fabulous rural location at the end of a road. Genuinely gracious and helpful hosts. A great meal at the (same family) agritourisamo next door.

We had a great time at Antonella and Romina's! We arrived early and were able to drop off our luggage without any issues. Very good welcome from Maurizio. Very clean 👍accommodation and as described. Great environment! Very quiet this time of year (May). If we had known, we would have booked longer!! Antonella sent us (without our request) links for the most beautiful beaches, restaurants etc. We recommend this loft without hesitation in this very pretty little village 🤩

The place is absolutely perfect, but what I would like to highlight is Alice, the owner. Used Airbnb so many times, but Alice, felt like a friends more than a owner. She was on it as soon as we booked the place. She will help you with anything, from booking local restaurants (which was sooo good!) to arrange days out to even help to rent a car. Even if it was Easter, she was there. Nothing is too much for her and if there is a issue, she will find a solution. The place is typical italian, simple but perfect. Sparkling clean and had everything we needed it. The pool is amazing! Will struggle now to book another place without heat and salty water 😊 There are quite few steeps steps to the house, so bear that in mind if you have little kids or struggle to do stairs. The stay at Paolo's was perfect. There really isn't anything we could complain about. The apartment is very cozy and practically furnished, nothing is missing. The terrace and garden are a dream! The location is also great. Nothing is further than 10 minutes away and you are still quiet. We would definitely come back! ☺️😍

We were (3 friends) for climbing and hiking in Baunei and felt very comfortable in Elias' apartment. Especially the very large terrace with the insane view impressed us at all times. There is a supermarket and bars and restaurants nearby. Everything is within walking distance. We would come back.

Fantastic stay. Alberto was always quick to respond. His family was so helpful and a delight to interact with. We hope to return one day and would definitely rent again from Alberto. Great place to explore Sardinia.

The house was lovely, Marco was there when I arrived to show me around and I ended up having a drink in the local bar/restaurant with him and a couple of his friends which was really lovely. All very easy and accessible.

Antoinette’s place in Cala Gonone was fantastic. The town has plenty of great restaurants and supermarkets with delicious local foods. Antoinette was a great host, welcoming us with helpful tips on what to see and do. The Airbnb was spotless, well-equipped for cooking, and when we asked for a new pan, she provided one immediately. The view from the apartment was stunning! The only small downside is that it's close to the main road, so light sleepers may hear the occasional late-night scooter if the windows are open. Overall, a great stay—highly recommended!

Very nice apartment. Panoramic view of the bay. Free parking space reserved in front of the accommodation. Beautiful maritime decor comfortable bedding, very functional kitchen and bathroom. living room with sea view. Hot tub at a good temperature and very comfortable the beach is a 5 min walk and restaurants 10 min walk Electric charging station for car 10 min walk. Nice place right on the beach. The garden in front of the complex is easy to use for the kids. The closet with toys and beach stuff used the kids for entertaining. Beautiful beach, nice for a morning swim. There is a road behind the cottage, but we have not been bothered by this. We were in the off season. Everything was present and extra blankets were brought very quickly upon request. Simona and her brothers each rent an apartment in this complex.

Excellent stay at Gianni apartment. The place is lovely with a very nice and quiet garden outside and the apartment has all the necessary facilities. Gianni and his wife were very helpful. I recommend.

It was a fantastic stay and Simone's description as a superhost is spot on! Very kind, attentive and available to our requests. The house is as described, ideal for families and very close to the sea. We had a great time... and it's one of those places where I'd love to go back.

A great house right near the beach. Excellent facilities and what wasn't in the house, you'd never need! So well stocked with appliances, supplies. Rezearta made lots of recommendations and was quick to respond to any queries.

There aren't enough words to fully describe how beautiful this property and its location are! My husband and I stayed for 5 days at the beginning of October, so the local beach bar and pizzeria were closed and the gated community was very quiet, but we loved the peace and stunning surroundings. The house itself is beautiful and has everything you need to feel right at home. The garden and roof terrace are fabulous and we loved the hot tub for early morning and late night dips! The kitchen is very well equipped and everything is super clean. It's clearly been recently redecorated and has been done beautifully. You do need a car if you want to visit other places or eat out (especially out of season) and there are wonderful beaches within a short drive, as well as the one right next to the house! But with the parking space, having a car is no issue. Marguerite met us to hand over the keys and show us around. She's so lovely and friendly, and super helpful. 100% recommend this house!

We had an amazing stay at the house. Lorenza and her brother were always available, responsive and very kind. The accommodation was very well equipped and very clean. The beach next door was lovely. We would definitely recommend it!

A lovely villa with beautiful views and very convenient for all the activities available in the area. Plenty of space both inside and outside the house and kept beautifully clean. WiFi worked well and pool table a bonus. The swimming pool was very cold which discouraged some swimmers and the villa is close to the Dorgali/Oliena road. Salvatore and Adriana were very helpful and welcoming and kindly provided some local produce. This is a lovely area to visit especially if you like a variety of outdoor activities.

Our stay at Luca’s place in Sardinia was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Luca went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Despite our flight landing late, he patiently waited to let us in around midnight, giving us a full tour of the apartment and ensuring we had everything we needed. He even greeted us with a thoughtful gift basket filled with local wine, fresh bread, pasta, and other goodies – a perfect touch to kick off our Sardinian adventure. Throughout our stay, Luca was incredibly responsive, always replying to our messages within minutes, and even helped us navigate a few car rental issues, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities we could ask for – it honestly felt like a home away from home. This was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had, and we’re already dreaming of coming back. Grazie mille, Luca, for making our trip so special!

This was an excellent choice; such a beautifully located and elegant home. The whole villa is comfortable and had ample space, good bathrooms, and the outdoor space was beautiful. It really had everything we needed. The photos do not do it justice, as it's impeccably designed and fitted out. The host was extremely helpful, flexible, and kind, both before and throughout.
