North Sea air and sauna! Our detached vacation home "Dat Melkhus" was built in 1870 and is located in a small settlement with a quiet neighborhood. Here, at the turn of the century, butter was made by hand for the surrounding communities. Today, the once small house has been expanded to 140 square meters of living space and has been lovingly renovated by us since 2022. The lovingly developed Neue Schule Wasserkoog offers a place for larger groups or families to meet, relax, talk, read, cook, play, learn or just be. The former classroom with 60 square meters, the large dining room, the middle room on the first floor or the cozy bathtub in the basement are places of togetherness. The large garden invites you to play, sunbathe or even relax in the hammock. It is three kilometers to the ocean and a walk through the beautiful village is relaxing.

Former farmhouse completely converted into two semi-detached houses with a spacious cottage garden in a quiet location in front of St. Peter-Ording on the north side of the Eiderstedt peninsula in the picturesque district of Wasserkoog in the municipality of Tetenbüll, only about 1.5 km from the North Sea bathing spot 'Everschopsiel' with a small harbor and restaurant. In about 15 minutes by car (20 km) you can reach St. Peter-Ording with its endless sandy beaches.
