The lovingly developed Neue Schule Wasserkoog offers a place for larger groups or families to meet, relax, talk, read, cook, play, learn or just be. The former classroom with 60 square meters, the large dining room, the middle room on the first floor or the cozy bathtub in the basement are places of togetherness. The large garden invites you to play, sunbathe or even relax in the hammock. It is three kilometers to the ocean and a walk through the beautiful village is relaxing.

The apartment is located in an idyllic, quiet location on the edge of one of the most beautiful villages on the Eiderstedt peninsula: the Wasserkoog, directly on the old sea dike. In the south, the garden with old trees borders directly on the "Altneukooger" Sielzug (a picturesque watercourse) and offers a beautiful view over the Eiderstädt landscape and expanse. The former stable building for sheep and goats from 1925 offers modern coziness in a historic ambience.

"Treat yourself to some time out!" – it wasn't hard for me as a city dweller to get into this mindset. You can hardly imagine a more striking contrast to the hustle and bustle of the big city. The "Rauszeit" is a quiet terraced house located in the district of Böhl near the lighthouse. Prices include a laundry package and the guest card for SPO. Arriving by car is recommended. In addition, the property has a unique 400 square meter glass house. Yoga, table tennis, food & drink and dancing...everything is possible here. On the illuminated boules court you can play here with a cool rosé until late at night. Delightful.
