Centrally located for easy commutes to all towns and even ocean beaches. Free bikes, surf boards, 3 stand up paddle boards and 2 canoes. Life vests for you and pets A large tick free, shaded, shaded dog run. The cabin is a separate sleeping space from the apartment and has a 2 person SAUNA recently installed. WIFI AC and heat but No bathroom!.

Beautiful, quiet, studio apartment-style unit (private entrance w/full bath) tucked away in a modern farmhouse on a gorgeous, secluded North Fork farm. Guests have exclusive use of screen porch, fire pit, bbq and outdoor seating area. Jess is a private chef and yoga instructor, so be sure to inquire for services! We are conveniently located between the North and South Forks of Long Island. We are in walking distance to the Hampton's Jitney. A 2 min drive to the LIE. And just a 40 min drive to the Orient Pt Ferry. We are 30 mins to The Hamptons, and 5 mins to the LIRR. Most importantly we can assure your stay with us will be, peaceful and comfortable.

This cottage is a gem to be found! From the Master Suite to the charming loft, this cottage can sleep 6! There is a full working kitchen, countless amenities. Quaint, clean beach cottage with designer gardens that offer privacy. Conveniently located 2 1/2 blocks from Circle beach and Hidden Cove Marina, it is a short drive into downtown Sag Harbor and a 1/4 mile walk to Trout Pond. and nature trails. Up the street we have a grocery store, liquor store, restaurant and deli. Kayak rentals nearby. Outdoor shower with hot water for rinsing off and a gas grill for outdoor dining. This Brookhaven Hamlet detached space (totally separate) is for people who love nature and preserved quiet spaces. Fire Island is a ferry ride away, Manhattan is one hour by train and the Hamptons are a 25 minute ride.15 minutes from the restaurants and coffee shops in Patchogue and just a couple of minutes from Bellport Village. Centrally located and truly peaceful!

Rental Registration # 19-17: This chic and renovated home is located on a flag lot within a short distance to Main and Georgica Beach, Red Horse Market and East Hampton Town. The house has an open floor plan and the living/dining room has double-height ceilings, and the entire wall facing the pool has French doors, providing the feeling that you are always outside.
