This apartment is in a very central and safe location in Old Fishmarket by St Giles. 5 mins walk to top attractions such as the National Museum of Scotland, Festival Theatre, the Castle. Waverley Station is 10 minutes walk. The Meadows and to George Street and the Newtown beyond are easy to reach. Very suitable for sightseers, old and young. YOU NEED TO KNOW that building construction work on Edinburgh's new concert hall is ‘scheduled’ to finally start in spring 2026 (funding issues) and might cause disturbance at the flat. The site is close to our building. They will work from 8am until 6pm, and from 8am to 1pm on Saturday and Sunday. (Occasionally there will be noise before 8am). If you feel you cannot tolerate the disturbance and it will impinge on your stay please look elsewhere. St James Square is just off Princes Street.
