A newly renovated one bedroom house with private jacuzzi/ hot tub and beautiful views across the pool, barbecue pit and overflow jacuzzi. The house is situated on the site of an old 15th Century chateau and stud farm in more than 40 acres of beautiful countryside and lovely walks. Stunning en-suite bathroom and luxury kitchen. King sized bed with orthopedic mattress and Egyptian linens. All towels, including pool towels provided Sofa bed to provide for 2 additional guests.

There is a private heated pool from May 1 to October 15 (4x3 x1.40), no one overlooks the cottage and disturbs its tranquility............

In the heart of the Loire Valley châteaux region, a renovated, very bright former workshop set in a 5,000-m² park. The swimming pool has been open since 6 April (for 2026)! The house is inside our property but totally independent with access to the garden. It has a large south-facing terrace out of sight equipped with garden furniture.
