This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The tranquility of the place makes it a real slice of paradise. It offers many opportunities for walks in the forest (Ninglinspo, Chefna, Charmille...), directly accessible from the accommodation. For animal lovers, we have two sheep and chickens on the site.

I provide you with ELECTRIC BIKES and a GPS. Closed garage for your bikes and motorcycles. Our cottage is close to the Remouchamps Caves, Monde Sauvage, Ninglinspo, Durbuy, Spa, La Roche en Ardennes, Coo Waterfall, ski slopes and many local breweries.

The studio of Villa Madeleine

3 km from the thermal baths and 5 km from the Francorchamps circuit, in our 3-sided villa, we offer a small 32 m² studio on the second floor. This studio consists of a living room (kitchenette, sofa, table), bedroom and shower room (with toilet). The entrance to the villa and half of the stairwell are therefore shared with the owners who live in the rest of the Villa.

Small independent apartment on the ground floor of a large house, close to everything, but sheltered in the woods; for cocooning or as a simple base, this accommodation is suitable for a couple with or without children, even young children.
