They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. The accommodation of their bicycles and charging station is free of charge . Meissen , Moritzburg , Dresden great destinations

Our non-smoking apartment has a kitchen, bathroom with shower, as well as a living/sleeping room with double bunk bed (140 wide at the bottom / 90 at the top) and TV. Parking and Wi-Fi are included. Bed linens are available during your stay. Ruhland is just off the highway between Dresden and the Spreewald on the edge of the Lausitz Lakeland (about 10 km). Everything is easily accessible by train. The apartment is well suited for fitters. With a child, 3 could also stay overnight.

Small but nice!

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Vacation home right on the lake with double bed

Modern cottage directly on a small lake. Practically furnished to unwind for a few days in the middle of nature and to switch off. On the ground floor there is either a large double bed or two single beds. A staircase can be reached by the slightly lower sleeping floor with another two single beds. A high-quality bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with the most necessary make this great tiny house an absolute feel-good place.

I am a tiny house, which was founded on a horse trailer that is over 100 years old. Living in me can give you the necessary rest and mental relaxation without much luxury. But I would also like to look back to the time when owning a horse trailer like this gave enough hope to get through the hard, deprived times of life on a farm back then. Beautiful, quiet house with two bedrooms for 2 to 4 guests. Ideal for excursions to Moritzburg, Dresden, Meißen and the Elbe. There is a beautiful large garden around the cozy house. Both are completely at your disposal. The house is fully furnished, so you don't have to bring anything. Towels and bed linen are provided for you. Free WiFi is available.
