"A la Campagne" Gîte

A haven of peace and a change of scenery, this accommodation is located on the first floor of an old barn with exposed beams, in the heart of Amions, a peaceful village of 291 inhabitants. Access will be through the main door of this barn, which offers you, on the ground floor, a huge, unusual and furnished space (large table, curiosities, laundry room). A travel cot is available at the entrance to the accommodation. If requested, it can be set up and fitted with small sheets for a fee of €4.

Charming cottage on a 300 m2 fenced plot, located in a 2 ha wooded park (private petanque court). Guests will have access to a pleasant terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Equipped with a kitchen, TV, reversible air conditioning, sofa bed that can accommodate 2 guests and a car charging station. The water body with recreational base (pedal boat, paddle board, electric scooter...), tennis, padel, restaurants, wellness center and swimming pool are 300 m from the accommodation.

In the heart of Auvergne, in Peschadoires, 5 minutes from exit 30 - Thiers Ouest on the A89 motorway, I have the pleasure of welcoming my guests to a tastefully furnished, independent 70 m² apartment on the first floor of the family home, with a terrace by the river, a garden and a swimming pool. You can discover Thiers, the capital of cutlery, the ceramics of Lezoux, Vichy 30 minutes away, and Les Puy and Vulcania 1 hour away, or simply enjoy the calm and greenery on site.

Our comfortable apartment is close to the capital of cutlery Thiers and the St Rémy sur Durolle lake, it will allow you to discover Puy de Dôme and the Livradois Forez Regional Natural Park. Just 35 minutes from Clermont Ferrand (5 minutes from the A89). It is equipped with a living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, 4 burners, dishwasher, kitchenware and 2-seater sofa bed), a bedroom (double bed, air conditioning) and a bathroom/WC.

In order to be able to clean and disinfect the studio after each stay, guests are asked to leave the studio in the morning as long as the virus is likely to circulate.
