Sunny apartment, with a large terrace and view, on the third floor of an apartment building with an elevator on a private plot with a garden and a parking space. The distance from Anavyssos beach is 500 meters, as well as from the center of the market, restaurants and cafes. Access is easy by urban and long-distance transport for those who do not have a car. By car, the airport and the port of Lavrion are 20 minutes away, the temple of Poseidon 15 minutes and the historic center of Athens 45 minutes.

On the beach...!

The small apartment is located on the beach, in the center of the city.Very close to restaurants, cafes,bakery,grocery and pharmacy.There are also beach bars,surf clubs with umbrellas and chairs.The bus station is 2' away while the distance from the Rafìnas port and the airport of Athens is 5km, and I can arrange a taxi for your transfer at any moment.The apartment has two rooms with one double bed and one sofa-bed,one bathroom and a kitchen.Can accommodate 4 people.I be will be glad to see you!

dear dear guests :)‼️‼️‼️ the house is fully renovated. new windows, bed+a futon matresss. pictures are to be uploaded soon :) Greece is known for being really hot in the summer. Please keep in mind that this apartment has this very beautiful view, as it is located on one of the highest points of the city :)This sometimes makes it very hot during the day. We do provide AC, + since it is restored it has high end windows but still if you are sensitive to heat please consider your choice again :)

The small studio is located on the 3rd floor, in front the beach, in the center of Artemida ideal for holiday, very close to Athens city (aprox. 23km), next to Athens International Airport(4km) and Rafina port (5km) where you can travel to Cyclades islands (Andros,Naxos, Paros, Evia, Myconos). Further (42k) is Lavrio and its port to other islands (tzia, kythnos etc) and the temple of Poseidon at cape Sounio (24 km). Ιn 8km is the Attica Zoological Park and the Glen Mc Arthur shopping center.
