Ideally situated, it offers tranquility and relaxation, and convenient central location. In walking distance: all the interesting sight (old market, frankish castle), bakery, shops, the port, the bus station and the taxi stand. The sea is at a few meters distance from the house, and in 2 minutes you can reach the sea-side street, where you can enjoy the sunset view.

Villa Blue Pearl is an 1 bedroom property with private swimming pool which is located in Elitas, a small hill just 3.5 km from Parikia the capital of Paros and the port. Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas. Oia Nautical Dreams is a cozy private house with an amazing view of the caldera. It is right by the famous pedestrian path of Oia but as it is on a higher level offers privacy and superb views. On the first level, you will find a comfy lounge area with a sofa, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. Following the internal stairway will take you to the open bedroom with a queen size bed. From the lounge area, you have access to the private balcony with the Jacuzzi and breathtaking views.

Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.

Wine Cellar Sunrise house

Little Wine Cellar was literally used years before, for storing delicious local wine! We rebuild it, restored it, decorated it with love and a lot of personal work .....and here it is for you to enjoy it! The studio is located just above Pori beach and iit is part of Cybele Holistic Space. It is small and sweet, yet very well equipped! As the house is located between Fira and Oia a car/scooter is definitely needed in order to move around and also explore more unique places!

Our new Private cave house is renovated in 2017 and decorated by our interior designers with great taste and elegance, relaxing colours and romantic details. It has a double bedroom with an king size, built , double bed, and a loft with a double wooden bed , a large comfortable living room with one built sofa bed and a table with four chairs . There is an LCD cable TV, Wifi, a fully equipped kitchenette and a modern bathroom with a built shower place.

Calma is located in Naoussa, this traditional fishing village with the largest fishing fleet in the Cyclades. It is located on the northern coast of Paros, with one of the most picturesque harbors flooded with fishing boats at its center. Picturesque alleys and the Venetian castle on its beach, the so-called Kastelli, illuminated at night, give a magical touch to the whole scene. The sandy beach of Agioi Anargyroi is a 7-minute walk.
