J'ai souhaité qu'il soit chaleureux et confortable afin que mes invités puissent y passer des moments reposants et ressourçant. Get some fresh air and disconnect in a spacious house. Fully renovated, with a surface area of 105 m2, with 2 large bedrooms, one with shower, sink and toilet. 4 beds plus an inflatable mattress. It was with great pleasure that we renovated this house while keeping its soul. Everything is designed to make sure that you do not miss anything. Equipped kitchen, stove, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, fridge, kitchenware, dishes. Salt, pepper, oil, vinegar... small grocery store on site: chips, sausage, chocolate, cake... local products. You have the whole place to yourself, kitchen, dining table. Living room with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, desk, internet, Wi-Fi, TV.

Small single storey house (the upper floor is not accessible) a few steps to access the front door. Ideal for a couple but comfortable camp beds can be added to accommodate 2 children. The accommodation consists of 2 rooms: - a large bedroom with office area and TV area - a large fully equipped kitchen You will also find a bathroom with Italian shower and WC. A terrace at the front and a terrace at the back will welcome you for a moment of relaxation.

Located in a village of 1200 inhabitants, 10 km from Langres and 1 km from the LANGRES-NORD motorway exit, junction of the A5 and A31 motorways. In the center of the village, you will have access to essential shops: Bakery, pharmacy, supermarket (open every day), doctor, nurses, garages, bar-restaurant, food truck. No parking worries.

The Charm of the Lake

House on the lake, pleasant and quiet. Fireplace! Very comfortable for holidays or work. Terrace, garden, orchard accessible to guests. You will be 100 metres from the beach and the water sports centre (pedalo, canoe, etc.). A trail, popular with joggers and walkers, allows you to go around the lake (5 km). The city of Langres, less than 10 km away, will be appreciated for its rich heritage and shops. No shops in the village.
