A fully equipped cosy one bedroom apartment with a coin-mountagne that sleeps four comfortably plus (if needed) a double sofa bed in the living room. Ski lift within 50m of the apartment building. Close to all amenities - bars, restaurants and shops. Ski lift is also open during the summer for easy access to the mountains and mountain restaurant with stunning views

All comforts with a beautiful living room and its large and fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bathroom, a hallway with washing machine and storage, a bedroom with bunk beds. Beautiful terrace with private jacuzzi and barbecue. Private parking space in front of the terrace.

The apartment has recently been completely renovated and offers 2 bedrooms, a balcony overlooking the old village of Thollon, Evian les Bains, Lausanne and the Swiss Jura. A second smaller balcony is located on the southeast and offers the possibility to drink a cup of coffee in the morning sun with a view on the Mémises mountains.
