Bright, large, beautiful apartment on the vineyard, 'hyggelig' and modernly furnished. Plenty of wood creates a warm feel-good atmosphere. With 110 square meters on two floors, connected by a beautiful wooden staircase, an open kitchen and two bathrooms, a wonderful place to unwind. It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. The cozy little wine house is more than 100 years old and completely newly renovated. The apartment in a quiet location is on the ground floor and is completely barrier-free (no steps). The wine town of Fell (Roman Vallis) is located in a romantic side valley of the Moselle and has a lot to offer hiking and cycling tourists. The Fell Visitor Mine also invites you to learn more about the mining history of the place. Shopping, bakeries, etc. and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

Loft in Longen in the vineyard

The loft is only 12 km from Trier, on our renovated vineyard, directly in the vineyards on the romantic Moselle. Art, culture and good food are just around the corner. High ceilings give the "loft feeling." The bathroom is new, the kitchen is well equipped and there is good wine across the street! Our loft is perfect for hikers, cyclists or just to relax. However, due to the open stairs, it is rather unsuitable for children. A Tchibo Cafissimo coffee maker is also available.

Soak in the peace and idyll of the Ruwer Valley. The garden has access to the river, the house is sheltered by an old oak tree. In the house, the flair of the 60s, wooden floorboards, high ceilings, vintage furnishings, cozy house designed with much love. Have breakfast on the balcony overlooking the Ruwer.
