On the ground floor a kitchen , dining room living room with fireplace , toilet and laundry room . On the first floor, there is a bathroom (shower + bath + toilet) and a master bedroom with a dressing room. On the 2nd floor, 2 interconnecting bedrooms with double beds.

Lake Annecy is 8 minutes away by car (Menthon beach), the entrance to Annecy is 12 minutes away. The resorts of La Clusaz and Grand Bornand are about 20 minutes away by car. The Dents de Lanfon and their famous climbing routes are visible from the Chalet and accessible by hiking.

This cabin is located in the middle of fruit trees and a huge vegetable garden! Poultry are free around (goose, duck, chicken) 🐤 The river is 30 seconds away with splendid views of the mountains. You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.
