Suitable for many mountain activities, winter and summer (Nordic skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, mountain biking, trail running, pedal boating, paddle boarding, boating...) located in the center of the department between two lakes and close to the Gliéres plateau, Annecy (Chamonix, Grand Bornand, La Clusaz, Geneva, etc.) evenings, parties not allowed rental from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays

Very functional 20 m² studio 15 minutes from Le Grand Bornand (accessible by bus/with skis), 20 minutes from La Clusaz, 30 minutes from Geneva and Annecy. Located in the heart of the village of Le Petit Bornand, on the 1st floor of a house, with balcony and independent access. Right next door, 1 bakery, 1 grocery, 1 pizzeria, 1 restaurant, 1 gas station. It is composed of a living room with 2 double beds (1 double bed in height and 1 click-clack), 1 equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.

Landscape Lodge is a sanctuary from the speed of life. Built in a small hamlet in the French Alps, it balances outdoor activity with rest & retreat. Between lakes and mountains, the chalet of the Petites Liaudes welcomes you at the foot of the Glières plateau. This peaceful accommodation in the heart of the Haute-Savoie mountains offers a relaxing or sporty stay for young and old. Close to the amenities of the village of Thorens-Glières, 3.5 km away. Also close to the Plateau des Glières (9 km), many hiking departures and a river to cool off in summer (4-minute walk). Annecy (20 km), Geneva (40 km), Aix-les-Bains (40 km), Chamonix (70 km).

Rated as a 4* tourist gîte in 2024 **** Glamorous atmosphere facing the mountain: master suite, sauna, bathtub for 2 people, huge walk-in shower... On the ground floor of a chalet 15 minutes from the Manigod ski area (La Clusaz ski link), and 25 minutes from Annecy. The owner lives in the chalet above, but the gîte is completely independent and has no common areas with other guests or with the hosts. Parking for 2 cars. Optional cleaning service available, payable on site: €30.

You will enjoy our Villa and its garden with its heated swimming pool and a breathtaking view of the mountains that you will find in the 4 large bedrooms of the house (complete with 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs). You will enjoy having breakfast on the terrace with the sunrise over the Parmelan mountains. Our villa is located in the village of Argonay, 10’ from Annecy and its lake, 25’ from ski resorts such as La Clusaz as well as Geneva airport.

Although located next to our house, the cottage is completely independent and private.
