Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο πέτρινο σπίτι του 1900 σε μια γραφική γειτονιά στο Λαύριο, με σεβασμό στα δομικά αρχιτεκτονικά χαρακτηριστικά του (πέτρα, ξύλινη οροφή, πατώματα, εσωτερική αυλή). Απόσταση 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι του Λαυρίου αλλά και την κεντρική πλατεία της πόλης. Το σπίτι είναι ένας μονόχωρος με μικρή ήσυχη αυλή, μεγάλο ύψος στο εσωτερικό, κουζίνα, μπάνιο, ηλεκτρική εγκατάσταση όλα καινούρια και φροντισμένα για ανθρώπους που αγαπούν την ανανέωση της παραδοσιακής αισθητικής.

Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens. The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. Cosy seafront appartment at porto rafti's marina. Right next to the sea, you can hear the waves , 20m from a small beach. Cafes and restaurants at 1min. 20mim to the airport. Beautiful 3rd floor apartment 30sqm (without elevator) with a magnificent view. Διαμερισμα μπροστά στην θάλασσα στο υπέροχο λιμανάκι του Πορτο Ραφτη. Παραλία για μπανιο στα 20μ, όμορφες ταβέρνες και μπαρ με τα πόδια σε 5λεπτα. Σε πολυ ήσυχο σημειο. Στον 3ο όροφο ( χωρίς ασανσέρ) επιφάνειας 30μ2.
