Welcome to my studio located in the hyper-center of Caen, close to Fnac! Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. It is located on the 1st floor with elevator access. There is a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen, a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed, a bathroom with toilet, and a private patio!

A renovated old cider barn, with plenty of original character beams. A cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen are found on the ground floor. Access to the first floor is up a spiral stair case, leading to a large open bedroom and bathroom, plus a separate Sipper bath located on a small mezzanine.
