The Annexe is a cosy 1 bedroom residence, attached to our home with its own entrance. Set in the picturesque village of Litton, and the Peak District National Park. The Red Lion pub is a short stroll away, as is the community village shop/post office. The” Cathedral in the Peak” Tideswell is just 0.6 mile away. Beautiful walks,cycling and relaxation await you from your doorstep. Chatsworth House, Hadden and Thornbridge hall, Bakewell and Buxton are all within easy reach, as is the Monsal Trail.

There are walking and cycling routes from the door and after a day out exploring the beautiful Peak District you can sit in the garden on warmer days or put your feet up on the sofas in the warm cosy lounge indoors.

Gas fuelled stove, in addition to central heating. Upstairs, one double bedroom plus a separate dressing room. Bathroom has shower over small bath. Perfect for a romantic, relaxing break where your dog is welcome too!

The house, which has been in our family for over 25 years, was previously our happy home. It lies in the heart of the village with pubs, shops and cafes/restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. Stone Cottage is the perfect base for all the walks, climbing and cycling the area has to offer.

Bedroom one has a double bed and bedroom two has two singles which can be zipped together to make a king size. Great Wi-Fi signal. Family friendly, cot and high chair available. Sorry no pets. Two minute walk into the village situated away from the main road on the hillside. Self check in with key box.
