Finely renovated and equipped with every comfort. Internet and Netflix connection. Independent entrance. Located on one floor, there are no steps. Outdoor space for smoking. Reserved parking in the courtyard Minimum stay 2 nights. I personally take care of the cleanliness of the premises. I perform makeup/makeup for evenings and special occasions.

The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

If you come alone, ask for a special price! It is located in the most beautiful area of Venice - Mestre, Carpenedo. It takes 26 minutes by a direct tram to get to the downtown Venice from here. There is a typical Venetian mask of the sun embracing the moon in the bedroom, that´s why we called the place Sun&Moon. :)
