My accommodation is close to Champier (38260). Not far from the Circuit du Laquais. (Kart, formula 3000,etc.) However, there is no noise nuisance! You'll love my place because of the outdoors, the calm, the tranquility, and the walks! A small fishing pond is at your disposal as well as a Pain oven!
