Holiday rentals with a patio in Tignieu-Jameyzieu

Excellent quiet location with shops and restaurants on a lively and charming street; Great clothes washer and nice hanging rack for drying; Lovely relatively new kitchen appliances with clean and spacious refrigerator, induction stovetop, nice dishwasher and oven – we did not use the oven Air conditioning and heater are effective and towel dryer works. A couple things worth mentioning: The apartment is NOT non-smoking, which is obvious when you walk in the door. As the write-up says, this is actually someone’s living space. The closets and dresser are all full; even the top of the dresser is almost entirely covered and there are no little stands beside the bed. It’s difficult to tell what we are meant to use and what supplies to leave alone; the freezer is totally full. The bed is tucked under a slanted roof with a beam across – tall people need to watch their heads

Friendly and accommodating host. The apartment is as described/seen in the pictures. We had absolutely everything we need. Sadly, we didn’t use the terrace because of the weather but the terrace adds a charm to the place. Everything you need is at walkable distance (i.e. restaurant, café, metro, supermarket,…). Really really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come again.

Spacious and well laid out. Quiet room with a small terrace that must be pleasant in season. A lot of free spots nearby. Historic center within a ten minutes walk. Very responsive communication. I recommend it!

The apartment is very well maintained, very clean, it has everything you need and it is very quiet. It matches the photos and description. The terrace is a real plus (when the weather is there!). We had a great time. Pierre is a very responsive and accommodating host, we were able to enter the apartment before the scheduled time. I definitely recommend this apartment for stays in Lyon. Very nice stay in Ricardo's rental. Ricardo's information is present. No surprises upon arrival. The accommodation is very clean, well thought out and very nice with these 3 bathrooms. The bus passes at the foot of the building. Very convenient to go to the center of Lyon.

Great stay at Marine's. The apartment is very well equipped and the children have a lot to enjoy Lola's room. This apartment has a real soul, unlike some "professional" apartments. And we enjoyed staying the day enjoying the great living room with the kids. The proximity and access to the Part-Dieu mall on foot was a big plus. We'll probably come back if the opportunity arises.

Very comfortable place, very cosy and warm. We would not fault anything. The entire house was spotless. In all fairness, the best we have stayed in so far. Jean-Pierre and Alice very also extremely friendly. Will definitely come back when we visit the region.

Very welcoming and pleasant hosts, a place worthy of a castle, came for a weekend of gymnastic competition, everyone was able to enjoy and relax in their home. Very cocooning, address to keep and share. Thanks to them!!!

absolutely a hidden gem in the city! Situated in a quiet neighborhood up on the Fourviere, truly the place to be if you love to live like a local! Quiet, but not remote. Bus stop only 5mins walk away with several bus routes get you right to the city centre with literally 10mins of travel time. A small community high street nearby also offers all the groceries you need for your stay. P.s. the best bakery shop is also here! The property is a dream house for anyone that loves a good quality of living! Top quality amenities, kitchen appliances (Miele, Liebherr) you name it! Clean and tidy, yet warm and welcoming! We even enjoyed the Christmas decorations set by Sam and Louis! It is truly a home away from home! Sam and Louis were extremely friendly and helpful! the check-in was super smooth. We enjoyed visiting the places suggested by Sam and certainly the freshly laid eggs from the hen! Will definitely stay again!

Just spent three weeks at Cile's lovely and spacial apartment. It was as described and Cile was a very helpful host - explaining everything clearly to us and immediately attending to one small issue which we had. The apartment is a little out of Lyon centre, but an easy bus ride. The view of the river and having a great nearby boulangerie and fromagerie easily make up for that. It was really pleasant. As a group of four - we really appreciate that there was adequate seating in the living space and dining room and sufficient space in the fridge and kitchen for us to cook when we wanted. It was also great to have the toilet separate to the bathroom. We did find it a little awkward to walk through the main bedroom to the bathroom - this wouldn't be a problem with family however. To be fair, I think this detail might have been lost in translation from French to the English in the website description. Would definitely recommend Cile's apartment

We had a lovely stay here, the flat's great, its location is convenient for a long weekend trip with public transport, supermarket and restaurants all nearby. Rebecca was a great host, quick to respond and always helpful.

Cozy accommodation and close to the veterinary school of Marcy l 'étoile. Very quiet location. Only small downside, quite a bit of dust under the bed and cobwebs in the corners of the walls but otherwise everything was ok. The clic clac is extremely cosy.

Very pleasant stay in a beautiful place steeped in history. The accommodation was very comfortable, tastefully decorated. There was nothing missing in the kitchen: utensils, but also salt, pepper, good coffee with filters.... We highly recommend this place.
