Very gracious host and on pointe. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. The kitchen had anything one could want or need. The shower was fantastic and beautiful with the natural stones. Very nice shampoo and body wash kit provided with fresh linens. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of outlets to accommodate an American voltage adapter. Very close to the train station and the harbor. Because his property is certified, we could get a discount on train and trekking tickets. He also has recommendations regarding the top activities of the area. He was very prompt to help us secure a dinner reservation. Giorgio takes pride in taking care of his guests. He met us at the train station and walked us to our accommodation. After arriving, he oriented us to the apartment and activities. In italy, you will need to pay taxes in cash/euros upon arrival. The hosts will also need passport photos to send to the Italian police as required by Italian law. Would highly recommend.

Warm and well-equipped apartment in the center. 5 min walk to the aquarium and 10/15min walk to the center. Be careful many stairs to climb (60 fairly steep steps) not mentioned in the advertisement. Otherwise the apartment was spotless, well insulated and the communication with the host was very good! If we have a chance, we will come back!!

Very nice and well-kept apartment Located in a gentlemanly palace and very discreet. in the city center very easy to walk to from the station. strategic to be able to easily walk around the city. Suitable for families with small children four steps from the aquarium of Genoa we had a great time

It was a true pleasure staying at The Land of The Moon in Tuscany. The house has been recently renovated with exceptional taste and quality, making everything both convenient and practical. The kitchen and all appliances were spotless and modern. The large, pristine pool was a highlight, with ample shaded seating for relaxation. The on-site restaurant serves delicious meals at great prices. The nearby village is charming and worth exploring, and a large supermarket is just a 15-minute drive away. The owner was incredibly helpful and always available. Highly recommended!

Barbara was a kind and friendly host who came personally to show us the apartment. It was clean and spacious and had a little cot set up for our fifth person. The rooms had dysons fans for the heat and the balcony views were beautiful.

The accommodation is very nice, close to the sea, we also went to visit the city of Pisa, which is located 40 minutes from Marina di Massa, also close to the Levante seafront, also nice for family walks, very close to Forte dei Marmi, in the end the house is complete with everything you need.
