This brand new villa is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful nature. This is the perfect place to spend a nice holiday with your family and friends. We offer our guests free organic fruits and vegetables from our garden. We have a large playground for children on our property. Stone house Roko with jacuzzi near Zadar

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with one kid).12 km from the sea, peace and quiet, privacy, stone house, traditional, garden 1000 m2, land with olives, outdoor grill and terrace, from Zadar 25 km, from Biograd na Moru 12 km. In september there is picking grapes. In october and november there is picking olives. In house you have one bed for two people and one sofa.
