Die Villetta Matteo ist unsere Privatunterkunft an der Costa Paradiso (Blickrichtung Korsika). Sie ist ein wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus, in Hanglage 80m ü.NN. mit 180 Grad Meerblick vom großzügigem Sonnendeck, eingebettet in felsiger Umgebung und mediterranen Gewächsen. Sie bietet Meerblick aus allen Zimmern sowie direkten Zugang zu den Terrassen. Gemeinschaftspool mit atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und ein nahe gelegener Sandstrand "Li Cossi" (15 Gehminuten) runden den Aufenthalt ab.

Genießen Sie einen entspannten Tag am privaten Pool mit spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen! Charming ground floor apartment, suitable also for families, located in the first row of Calarossa village, just 250 meters from the sea, coverable on foot in about 5 minutes, across the beautiful Mediterranean scrub. The apartment is composed by private entrance, large living room with two beds and fully equipped open kitchen, one double bedroom, a second bedroom with sofa bed, bathroom with dressing room, and an outdoor private terrace, wide and sunny, facing the sea.

Wir vermieten unser kleines aber stilvolles Gästehaus im Norden Sardiniens inmitten der wunderschönen Gallura, fernab vom touristischen Trubel der Küstenstädte. Durch unsere zentrale Lage sind sowohl die Traumstrände der Westküste wie Rena Majore oder Naracu Nieddu als auch die herrlichen Strände im Norden und Nordosten in ca. 20-25 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Am Top-Surf-Spot Porto Pollo ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, an der Costa Smeralda in etwa 30 Minuten.
