This basement apartment is 750 sq feet with a full kitchen and separate living/bedroom, and private side entrance. Includes dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas oven, full-sized fridge, queen bed with memory foam mattress, and a large desk, and WIFI. The 1925 house is in a historic neighborhood and a 10 minute walk to Purdue, Mackey Arena, and Happy Hollow Park. The owner (Zoe) lives in the main house along with her partner David (sometimes), golden doodle pup Forrest, and young adult daughter Suvi.

Dogs welcome, 30lbs and under allowed with some breed restrictions. BEFORE BOOKING, you MUST inquire about your pet to make sure it is okay. This is a 2 guest unit. Sorry, no cats.
