Everything is fantastic, the loft is very nice and the environment is really magical

We booked Maik's place for a week of cross-country skiing holidays. The large network of trails is a 10-minute walk away. You can do a lot on foot or by public transport. We also enjoyed the beautiful terrace with lots of sun and best views. Kitchen is small but well equipped. The bed very comfortable. What late sleepers may need to know, the traffic and snow removal are clearly audible early in the morning. Communication with Maik was very straightforward. We will be happy to come back!

We had an amazing stay in Bormio, this apartment is in the best location just minutes walk from the cable car and very close to the town centre. Very comfortable for three of us with a fully functional kitchen and the best views from both balconies

The contact was uncomplicated, as well as the directions and the code to the key box. The apartment is quietly located on the edge of the forest. Birds and squirrels visit the terrace in the morning. Perfect little apartment for a ski holiday in Livigno. Short walk to the bottom of the slopes. Comfortable and clean and looks exactly like the photos just maybe a little smaller.

Alexander is a great host. The communication with him was easy and friendly. He gave clear check-in and check-out instructions, which made everything very straightforward. The place was very clean and well equipped – everything you need for a comfortable stay was there. The location was quiet, but still easily accessible. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

We all had a wonderful time and felt right at home. The extra touch of the apperitif was a lovely moment. Both Luiza and her brother were very welcoming and helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable!

The stay was just perfect. The apartment was exactly as described (in fact, even better!): clean, spacious, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. The location was comfortable and quiet, ideal to relax. Check-in was easy and host Claudia was extremely kind and helpful, ready to answer any questions and offer great tips on what to see and where to eat. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality place to stay!

I found the stay particularly pleasant: the accommodation is really spacious, furnished in a way that is far from impersonal. The comfort is the best and the outdoor spaces are also extremely pleasant to enjoy: having breakfast on the large terrace, or lying in the sun on the very comfortable lounge chairs provided a really remarkable plus. Tiziano and Claudia are also two perfect guests, discreet but very ready to help with directions and suggestions on excursions, shopping, restaurants ... and very pleasant people with whom to chat even more and less. A real gem in the heart of the village! The stay at Quercia del Borgo was simply unforgettable. The house is a perfect mix of ancient charm and modern comfort: every detail is cared for with taste and attention. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and relaxing, ideal for unplugging and regenerating. The private SPA is an absolute gem! A wellness corner where you can pamper yourself between sauna, Jacuzzi, relaxation and silence. The village is enchanting and the perfect location to live an authentic experience between nature, history and tradition. A special thank you to Pietro, helpful and attentive, who made everything perfect. We will definitely be back! A real gem in the heart of the village!

The stay at Lino and Franca, in addition to being a nice vacation for our family, was an opportunity to meet two beautiful, generous, hospitable people. The house was perfect with outdoor spaces, such as the wood-fired oven and barbecue, very well cared for and available. Lino's availability to make us feel comfortable, total. Dear friends, you read this review: everyone has their own tastes in terms of travel and vacations, but I can recommend Lino and Franca's house with my eyes closed.

We had a great time at the appartment, six people, 4 adults, 2 kids. Terrace mountain view is amazing and no direct neighbouring houses (apart from the flats in the same building), so safe snd sound ✌️ 2 bathrooms and many sleeping options, including the couch, make it very convenient when with small kids, the place is bright, wrll equipped and very cosy. Its only hard to find 😅 the given address doesnt correspond to the building exactly, but with the hostesss help we managed. We had amazing time!

Very well kept apartment with everything you need for your stay, with above average amenities. Excellent cleanliness, very convenient check-in, excellent communication too.

Practically everything was top notch, only for reading in bed we would have liked good reading lamps on both sides. Great wine and a fine nut tart to welcome you! We felt very comfortable! The garage space was also very pleasant in winter.

The apartment is an excellent location, ski in and ski out. The two bedrooms were perfect for us as we stayed with our daughter and it was very quiet and with beautiful views. It has what you need to cook at home and we really enjoyed our stay. Would certainly again!

Hi the hosts were very friendly and helpful. We were allowed to use their garage for our skis. The apartment is beautiful and has an extensively equipped kitchen! The floor is tiled and cold. Slippers are recommended here. Otherwise everything is as described.

Our stay was excellent and everything we expected ! Franziska is very responsive and very helpful. The location is perfect, close to Sankt Moritz and a few minutes walk from the bus stop. The apartment is spacious and clean and has everything you need. The view from the terrace in the sun is wonderful. The parking is helpful. Highly recommended for staying in summer or winter.
