Unique and family-friendly summerhouse. The house consists of two bedrooms and a nice large kitchen/living room. The terrace is huge and surrounded by a fenced garden. The garden has more or less become a forest with paths that are regularly beaten. The house can be heated with fireplace, wood-burning stove and heat pump and there is both a washing machine and dishwasher. Arresø is a 5-minute walk from the summerhouse and 10 minutes away is Tinggården. The area is characterized by nature and summer houses. Lovely beaches within cycling distance.

Charming cottage with a fantastic atmosphere inside and out. Beautiful and very peaceful location, as the last house at the end of a small gravel road in the old part of Rågeleje. From the cottage, it is 200 meters to the forest and 800 meters to the beach. The grounds are totally undisturbed with a beautiful older planting. The house has been completely renovated this year and looks very inviting with a loft for children and an exit to a large south-west facing wooden terrace. The house also has 3 good bedrooms and a completely new bathroom.

The house is in a quiet location, close to panoramic views of the sea and beach. Fantastically quiet area with access to a hot tub or shower and sauna, washer and dryer. Two toilets. Three terraces in the garden. The third is covered with lounge atmosphere. Trampoline and BBQ The living/dining room has a wood stove, fibernet, and a TV with Chromecast.

The house consist of two separate cottages connected via a roofed patio and a spacious 200sqm terrasse/bbq area ideal for any warm or colder night or day with an outdoor dining table for 14 persons. The big cottage (120sqm): 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms kitchen, dining room and open living area. Cottage 2 (60sqm): 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom kitchen and living area.

The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim. The house was designed by Danish architects Friis & Moltke and build in 1970. The house is ideal for a family of two adults and two children with two in the master bedroom and two in the bunkbed room. The kitchen is fully equipped incl. dishwashing machine.
