This is an old private house that has been built for more than 100 years like a Kyoto townhouse on the Otaki-jo Castle Town Street, which is called Koedo in Boso. Otaki Castle (one of the Tokugawa Ieyasu Shitenno Honda) and nationally designated important cultural properties are preserved, and the old castle town, which is rare in Chiba, spreads nostalgia. Otaki shirobamboo shoots are renowned for their mild bitterness, and the best time to eat them is from late March to late April.(It looks like it will be after the start of April this year.) It is less than 1 hour by car from Haneda Airport and 1 hour and 10 minutes by car from Narita Airport. Outdoors, you can enjoy a barrel sauna and open-air bath (water bath available) while looking out at the palm trees and large garden. There is also a covered BBQ space and a fire pit on the wood deck. In addition, the entire yard is surrounded by a fence, so it is a private dog run. Indoors, there is a ping pong table in the playroom and board/card games in the living room. You can watch Netflix on the large TV in the living room. The kitchen and dining room on the ground floor are popular for cooking and dining for large groups, and are close to the BBQ space and easy to use. Kujukuri Beach, which is a short walk away, is a memorable place where relatives and friends have gathered and had a lively time. I wanted to make it a place full of smiles again, like it was back then, so I've been working on it little by little. Now, with high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi and a sauna, it is a space where you can relax with your family, couples, and friends. One of the charming things about this house is that the cats that live nearby visit the garden at will. It is the perfect location for those who want to enjoy a quiet time by the sea. We have yoga mats, foot massagers, folding chairs and sleeping chairs that can be used in the sea, carts, 2 bicycles, sandpit sets and children's toys, chairs, toilet seats, picture books, hanging tents, and other facilities that are great for small children. It will be 2,000 yen per dog. Please let us know when you book if you are bringing a dog. (We have dog shampoo and sheets) Please do not let dogs into the Japanese-style room. The Konami Beach is right in front of you, so please remove any sand before entering the room. You can use the wood-burning fireplace from November to February of the following year.
