Catkin Hollow is a friendly homestead with goats, chickens, dogs, and the occasional pig and sheep family. Views across the hollow are fantastic for sunrises. Star gazing couldn’t be more awe-inspiring. Come along and do morning farm chores with us, if you want. Or sleep in and visit the livestock with a treat later. Every booking receives goat milk soap and fresh eggs made from the homestead. Can’t get more local than that! Plus, a few regional items to make breakfast and your stay perfect.

While offering excellent privacy, it is just down the hill to the community kitchen and full bathroom with hot shower and flush toilet (you are welcome to use the private outhouse, as well.) This is a great base camp for all your central New York adventures. Go for a hike to a waterfall, soak in the claw foot tub, let the dogs run in the yard, and make a delicious meal in the kitchen. The open living room kitchen area has a cozy propane operated fireplace.
