I can’t say enough about how wonderful Peggy’s boat house is. This is my second time staying here and I have never stayed at the same ABB twice. This time I brought the kids because I wanted to share the beauty of this place and Ithaca and I knew they would love it. Sitting on the dock fishing and enjoying the views on Cayuga lake is so peaceful and relaxing. Peggy is a very welcoming host and keeps the place very tidy. There are so many things to do. Ithaca Falls is a very short drive away. Buttermilk Falls is a bit further away (not much) and is a beautiful hike. Great restaurants are nearby. I love the area and would love to come back someday.

We spent a very pleasant week in Fran’s place. The house is perfectly located to explore the many natural spots near Ithaca and Fran is always ready to give good tips and directions Highly recommended

Great hosts and so kind. Thoughtful down to the last detail. At first we thought their rules were a little intense, but they're understandable and don't really affect the quality of the stay. They're things we would have done anyway. They do offer a crib for folks with kids. We have a 1 year old that has just started walking and the apartment is about 25% baby proof. There were things that needed moved out of baby's touch and more outlet covers would have been ideal. aside from that everything was amazing. We stayed for 5 days and thankfully they had almost everything you could need in the kitchen for cooking. It's just a few driving minutes from downtown and close to everything. But also far enough out where it was quiet and serene. Beautiful area and even better hosts.

Our son's wedding was in Binghamton and we had to bring our 2 dogs Koda and Moose. We booked another airbnb which canceled and we were lucky to find Jordan's place. He actually met us at the check- in asking if we had everything we needed for the dogs bowls, beds. His place was right near all our wedding events and the dogs settled in beautifully. It was a wonderful quiet neighborhood, great place to take your dogs for a walk. We did not have children with us but if you do the upstairs rooms were delightful for children. The place was spotless and very comfortable. It was a haven for us with the exciting, exhausting goings on of the wedding. Thank you Jordan, Marian, Rob, Bria, Koda and Moose

Great place to stay for the three of us visiting a sick relative. Lots of room, comfy beds and very homey feel. Nicole Lee was great with some flexibility on our schedule. Would recommend her place to anyone staying in the area!

Wonderful Hostess and the home was super cozy and cute! Incredible space ! Definitely larger than it looks on the outside!

Anna's house is perfect for a family vacation. It has all the charm of a lakeside retreat with all the amenities of a higher end home. The Living / Dining room and Kitchen are spacious enough that you don't feel like you're on top of each other, yet they are configured such that you can comfortably "have your own space" when you need it. The outdoor spaces take that concept even further. The outdoor main decks are enormous. The Hot tub area is segregated and private. The Fire pit area is at a mid-level between the main level deck and the dock. The Dock is also an ample, separate socializing area. All-in-all Anna's house is a lakeside vacation paradise. I highly recommend it and look forward to booking her lakeside house again!!

Mike’s place was perfect! We only stayed one night but felt right at home! Very helpful with early check in and local restaurant suggestions! We love the fact that we can travel with our dog!
