The gardens change seasonally with an array of beautiful flowers and vegetables which find their way to our urban farm stand. Tent&Yurt Camp@Sanctuary In The Woods

10 forested acres 12 miles from Ithaca. Camp small yurt w/padded floor & also at site is a dry lean-to with double bed platform inside. You are welcome to set up tents as well at site. Campfire has grill, benches,picnic table, hammock, table for supplies, Adirondack chair, swing, seesaw, large checker set. Many well marked trails. Assess to well water. Firewood dry seasoned chopped ash available on porch $7 per bundle. We have an outdoor hot water on demand shower & a port-a-potty.

Kingtown by the Sea Returns! On top of South Hill & Downtown with a View of Cayuga Lake, resting on a Dead End Street. Private & Great for Family Gatherings and Parties. I love cooking-it is very easy to prepare large meals. My home is on a Very Quiet street Nestled in Nature & in DownTown Ithaca at the same time-the commons is three short blocks away. The South hill Recreation way is two blocks away as well as first Dam and Six Mile Creek. Plenty of free street parking.

This is a great base camp for all your central New York adventures. Go for a hike to a waterfall, soak in the claw foot tub, let the dogs run in the yard, and make a delicious meal in the kitchen.
