Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine Schlafcouch für zwei Personen. Beide Zimmer verfügen über Deckenleuchten mit integrierten Ventilatoren, um im Sommer eine frische Brise zu ermöglichen.

Despite the good accessibility of the exhibition grounds and the centre in Hanover, our property also offers you the necessary peace and quiet.

Quiet and centrally located, between Hohnsensee, Sedanallee and Ostbahnhof in the neighborhood of the HAWK, this 125 m² old building apartment is located on the 1st floor of a beautiful old town villa. It is a self-contained apartment that does not have any common areas. Two rooms with double beds and one with a single and a bunk bed offer six sleeping places in spacious comfort in a lovingly designed ambience in a cosy mix of styles.

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.
