Monthly Rentals in Tonosho, Shozu District

The host was super nice, welcoming and willing to help solve problems. The house overall was also very clean and cozy and allowed me to have a wonderful sleep experience. Thank you for being able to stay in a beautiful cottage next to the ocean. While not too convenient for transportation, it offers a place to hide from work.

This is by far the most wonderful Airbnb experience I’ve had in Japan. The place used to be an old tea house, so it’s exquisitely decorated with traditional elegance while being extremely clean. It’s very spacious, and you’ll see all the details in every corner. There’s camellia, cherry blossom, and Japanese maple in the garden; the kitchen ware was of high quality, and the tatami and futon was very comfortable. We spent two nights here; every time we made it back to this place, we felt like going home and we especially enjoyed having each other’s company in the living room. The staff, Akari, not only was very responsive, but was so very kind in supporting us in communicating with the locals. The guide book was very helpful; we got to have a delicious breakfast as well as watching the sunset at a hot bath. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely want to stay here again :)

The stay at Yuki & Goro's home was amazing. The typically traditional house is cozy and equipped with every comfort, clean and thoughtfully furnished in all its parts: we immediately felt at home and would not have wanted to leave. Yuki was a perfect host, friendly, and proactive in giving advice about the island and where to eat. It also delighted us with a great breakfast to start the day in the best way possible. The house is a short walk from the port of Ieura and it is easy to get around the island, on foot or by bike. I highly recommend the apartment and hope to be back in the future!

Very close to the supermarket and happy to be able to do simple food.You can feel the host's attentive pairing with complete kitchen items and dining utensils, and the bathrooms and supplies are fully stocked.The most recommended is that each room is equipped with air conditioning and smart devices to lay on the bed to turn off the lights, which is really convenient.
