Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. Please contact us thru the app for fastest response. The home lies in a quiet, safe and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Most houses are large and include guesthouses and swimming pools, and many of the neighbors living around us have lived here for decades. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. 1 Bedroom home, with great long-range mountain views. Quiet wooded lot. Great fire pit area. Close to great trails for hiking, ATVs. The house is located on a dirt road. There is parking for at least 4 cars, but a large trailer may be difficult to park. There MAY be a FIRE BAN when you are interested in coming. I will have a sign on the fire pit if I know there is a ban in place.

Mi Casita is a private resort style Casita in the Sonoran Desert located in the beautiful horse country of N. Scottsdale. While connected to the main residence, (Casita is not accessible to main house for guests) the casita has it own private entrance on the opposite side. A wonderful private patio with seating and gas grill along with beautiful views, complete the space.
