Located right at the foot of Matsuyama Castle, it is the perfect location for sightseeing or work! This 1K private room is perfect for a stay that feels like you're living there. (We have 4 guest rooms in the same building) There are plenty of charming shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. On the first floor of the same building, you can enjoy Japanese sweets and snacks at the cafe "Amami to Oshoku Moku Mitsu no Mori", and on the second floor, you can enjoy Ehime's local cuisine at "Tai Meshi Motoyama Ropeway Noeriba Shop". There is also the "Tai Meshi Motoyama Honten Bekkan" and the "Chirunomori" izakaya, which uses local ingredients, within walking distance. From August 2025, the gacha capsule toy machine specialty shop "Himitsu no Mori" is scheduled to open next door to the left! Dogo Onsen is a short train or bike ride away (bike rentals available🚲). You can freely enjoy walking around Matsuyama and visiting the hot springs. The room is equipped with Wi-Fi, a desk, and calm lighting, making it ideal for remote work and long-term stays. A private rental accommodation limited to one group per day is now open along the coast near Shimonada Station in Iyo City, Ehime Prefecture. The sky and sea spread out before you, as beautiful and blue as you can see.　It creates a calm space based on the color of the plaster. You can overlook the Seto Inland Sea, and on the first floor, you can cook in a stylish kitchen while watching the sunset. On the second floor, you can watch the sunset on the terrace and make things. There is one queen sized bed. There is one Koala sofa bed that can be converted to a queen size bed.　 There is one double bed on the second floor. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Natural yeast bread and Rodan coffee are included for breakfast. The tableware is the work of Tomoya Sasaki, a potter from Ehime Prefecture, and uses Mustakibi and Ryusen kilns. For towels, we use Iori towels from Imabari Towel.　Linen sheets are used. If you need dinner, you can use the adjacent Shioji restaurant, which is for guests only. Transportation to and from the station is free. We'll make sure you have a wonderful time that will be memorable. Enjoy a villa with unparalleled views of the Seto Inland Sea.

We have a Masato Hino Gallery where you can enjoy collaborative works of tanka and photos, as well as watercolor paintings and line drawings that metaphorically depict a mysterious animal society. The nearest spot is a 20-minute drive from Matsuyama Airport 10-minute drive from Iyo Interchange 10-minute walk from JR Iyohokuda Station We will pick you up and drop you off at the nearest station (Iyo Yokota Station) at a possible time and number of people. Dogo Onsen, Matsuyama Castle, the sea, mountains, zoo, and park are all within a 30-minute drive. The fully electric, barrier-free, and wheelchair-accessible interior is safe for small children. There is a pond and field on the 1000 square meter property, and you can catch medaka (during the summer, they hibernate in the winter). In the spring and fall, you can pick loquats and persimmons in the field. You can pick and eat them freely. Enjoy the feeling of a rural villa. Please look at the moon and stars at night and heal your mind. We provide home-grown rice. You can prepare ingredients and make dinner. A house in the middle of a forest. Enjoy mountain life in one of the few magnificent old houses built by Miyadaiku. At the house at the end of a fairytale forest road, you can BBQ, make a fire, boil a Goemon bath, and enjoy natural play that can only be experienced in the mountains. There are no street lights, and at night you can see the starry sky. Spending time feeling the mountain with all your senses, which can be seen in different ways depending on the season, reminds you of the rich, peaceful time that has been forgotten in modern times. Centered on a magnificent large pillar, it is an old house with earthen walls and built-in storage, but the first floor is covered with pure cedar boards, giving it a new feel. The water area features a newly built island kitchen and a large wash basin. The bath is a Goemon bath that uses both wood and gas, so you can cook with wood or use hot water. Outside the house, there is a friendly sign cat named Aosuke, who will come up to you if you are outside. It is located about 15 minutes by car from the Ishikari Mountain ropeway, making it easy to get to the mountains.
