I spent five days of carnival with my family (group of 15) in the house. Great space to stay, beautiful, organized, large and with the options advertised: swimming pool, barbecue, pool, among others. Very close to the beach and also to shops such as bakery, market, pharmacy, shops and restaurants. The great evaluation was unanimous by the group. And Paulo is very helpful and nice.

We were very pleased and well served with the accommodation. The house is great, comfortable, well-equipped kitchen, impeccable cleaning, all very organized. The condominium is quiet, a delicious pool area. The stones next to the barbecue in the outside area are a charm. Evelin was a very thoughtful hostess, we had a mishap with the shower of one of the suites and she promptly sent a technician to effect the exchange. My family and friends are grateful and satisfied with everything.

One of my best vacation rental experiences. In addition to the excellence in the service provided by the host Marcos, who was very requested to give us all the information necessary for our best stay, through tips of restaurants and beaches, the house was in excellent condition, clean and very well equipped with all the household items we may need and everything in great condition. The pool was also very clean. The place is very quiet and safe because it is a gated condominium, but it has several shops and restaurants nearby. Here I also give a special thanks to the host who presented us with a delicious welcome cake and who was always concerned about the welfare of the tenants.

The cottage is super cozy, in the middle of nature we could hear a lot of birds. It has a barbecue and kitchen basics. The Internet is in the common area but it's right in front of the cottage so it took it super well. It has a great pool, playground and pool table. By car you can go to several beautiful beaches in the region. The Cleia was super kind and the cabin was super clean! We love it and will come back for sure!

Vimerson was very receptive, the house is great , spacious, beds and clean mattresses, a gourmet area and wonderful pool ( which the children loved) not to mention the forest reserve with waterfall in front of the house , everything was perfect, we all love, we already have plans to make another reservation soon ! The house of Letícia is exactly like in the pictures, with lots of privacy, warmth and made us feel at home! Very close to Maresias beach! On foot has nearby restaurants such as Subway, Terral, Badaue, The German, centrinho, etc. The Host is a sweet person, extremely kind and proactive for our needs! We love our days and we will definitely return! Extra point for the Sivaldo homemade, polite and kind person. You can go without fear!!! Kitchen and BBQ area equipped with everything you need for a beautiful barbecue, lunch, dinner… Clean bathrooms, super clean room with air conditioning, space for pets to run and have fun, well tasty pool to relax post beach! Letícia makes available chairs to take to the beach. Anyway, we loved everything and were extremely well treated. We'll be back soon

I stayed with my husband and my 2 dogs at André's house, stayed from Thursday to Sunday and it was great! The house was clean, backyard with cut grass, with good maintenance of the garden, everything super safe to leave the dogs and go to the beach, 100% privacy. The house has air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom, so that helped a lot for the very hot days we caught! The location is wonderful, it is VERY close to the Village, which is where “everything happens”!!! Due to our misfortune, we were in days that the internet was undergoing instability but it was not the fault of the owner, who proved to be super active to assist and correct. In addition, he responds super fast, takes questions and gives tips from the Island. I want to return with ctz, because Ilhabela is my favorite place, and the house has become a great place to host again. Thanks André and I hope to see you soon!

It was a happy find that I would definitely return and recommend, I looked for a large space for our days with our dogs and it was better than I expected. It felt like home and safe.

The house is complete with all items in the kitchen. Clean and pleasant place, very nice landscaping. Flexibility and organization of the owners and managers of the site were impeccable. Always very polite and solicitous. Very good location. Even with a little difficult access through the street, but it is not the fault of the establishment, but the city of São Sebastião, which unfortunately does not take care of the streets and sidewalks of Maresias. Because where the Vila's responsibility access is impeccable. The only point of improvement, which is a detail in the whole, is the cleaning of the pool. High season the pool is very used, so the cleaning needs to be done constantly.

Our stay was great, the house corresponds with the listing, Simone was very attentive and in the end still took us at the gate and helped with the bags, which makes all the difference. We love it and plan to come back.

Edio was extremely understanding and flexible throughout the stay. I had a problem going and I ended up late for check-in, and Edio was extremely patient. It also allowed us to check out later. The house is beautiful, very well cared for, close to the beach and comfortable.
